Policy on Returns and Refunds
Returns
If an item that is purchased is not up to our standards and you would like to return the item please send a message to sdb@sunsetdreamsboutique.com to begin the process. No return will be accepted after 14 days from delivery notice. In the email please give your name, address, and the order that was placed. Please describe the issue with the product. Once this information is received we will contact you via email about the options that we can provide. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and we work hard to ensure that our services are the best! No returns or refunds on gift cards or clearance items. If there are any differences in our return policy we will clearly state this in our description.
Forms of payment
In the event that we are not able to replace a item that is being returned, we will offer store credit or refund your form of payment. This process must be communicated in the timeframe stated above. After 14 days we may consider returns but we will only provide store credit.
Exceptions and Restrictions
Once the forms of repayment or replacement is settled we will provide a return label for the item being returned. The item must still have tags in place and not clearly worn or washed. Once the item is worn or washed please do request to return the item. Once we receive the item we will inspect the product and then ensure the payment is processed properly.
Suggestions
Once your item is delivered take it out of the packaging, inspect the item, try it on to ensure proper fit, if the item is great wear it and show it off on one of our social media platforms. If the item has defects or isn't satisfactory email us at sdb@sunsetdreamsboutique.com to ensure that we start our process.
Print on Demand Items
POD
POD is our version of Print on Demand. What this means is we provide our production company with the graphic that is placed on our items. We are a small business and we are unable to store and produce some of the items that we are wanting to offer so we use addition resources to provide multiple items to our customers. Unfortunately we are unable to inspect these items to ensure the greatest quality so if you receive something that is not correct please follow the policy above so we can correct this situation. Also if you order one of these print on demand items it will be shipped separately from other items that may be ordered. This will be communicated when purchased. A tracking number will be provided from each location when shipped.
Dropshipping
In our Shopify Collection we offer the process of dropshipping which is similar to the print on demand items. It will be shipped from other warehouses to ensure we are able to offer a different line of clothing. This process allows us to provide our customers with multiple options in clothing and accessories that we are unable to store in our current home front due to space. Once these items are shipped a tracking number will be provided to ensure you are up to date on your delivery.
Packing and Shipping
We strive to keep most of the same processes of each of our options approximately the same. Each of our items typically are produced or packed in 1-3 business days. Our items shipping is typically 1-7 days. Each shipment will have a tracking number provided to the customer so you can follow from start to delivery.
Communication
We will try to provide any new situations in processing and shipping in the description of the items. We may also communicate through email if there are any complications once an order is received.
